If ever there is a tomorrow when we're not together, there is something you must always remember.
You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem and smarter than you think;
but the most important thing is, even if we're apart,
I will always be with you.

I met your little friend, Liam tonight...

Hello my little Kaelen,

I met your new friend Liam tonight... he was such a beautiful little man just like you were when you were born. I hope that you two are playing together up in heaven. I don't know if his parents believe in heaven like I do but I asked him to say hi to you for me when we left. I just hope and pray that I took pictures for them that are as beautiful as the one's Hope took of you for me. I'm afraid that they won't be good enough and that will be all they'll have...

Aunty Jenn came with me to support me tonight and that was a blessing. I made it through okay and only got teary a few times... It felt good too... because it reminded me of you and helped me to remember how you felt in my arms for the short time I got to hold you.

I hope and pray that Liam's Mom and Dad will be okay too... it's a hard road to walk... I know that for sure... but we are not alone... and hopefully they will come to realize that too so they can feel the love that surrounds them at this most difficult time of their lives.

Take care of little Liam, Kaelen... We will see you both again someday baby... I love you lots and lots and still miss you but I felt you there with me tonight and it felt good. Sending you lots of hugs and kisses baby...

Love,

How utterly heartbreaking, but I am 'glad' that you were able to support another family in such a big way as they embark on this horrid journey. You have such a huge heart, and I am sure that your presence and photography meant the world to these folks. Were you officially 'accepted' as a NILMDTS photographer?
